I think he meant starting from the time he posted.

We beat Norwich, signed McGeady and there's strong rumours we've tied Baines and Barkley to new contracts.

So far so good.

Not expecting anything. If I'm honest I'm not overwhelmed with McGeady. But I wasn't overwhelmed with RM. So basically I know pretty much sod all. It's been a very strange first half of the season for my expectations. Suppose supporting EFC for 40 years you tend to be a glass half empty sort of fella!

Just when DAVIDMOYES comes out with something it's generally pretty big. But maybe it was McGeady. Oh, I don't know.

I really think it's the new contracts for Baines and (maybe) Barkley that DAVIDMOYES was referring to. I seem to remember a post from him yesterday saying that was the fact. Might be wrong. But yeah... as good as new contracts are I was hoping for something amazing.
