A name popped up, Thievy Bifouma, any idea about this guy?

Everton boss Roberto Martinez says he is targeting the signing of a new striker following Nikica Jelavic's departure to Premier League rivals Hull City. Aiden McGeady has already been brought in to boost his attacking options, but Martinez admits he would still like to strengthen in front of goal:

How many would you say defines many!?!? I guess he is referring to Mirallas and Naismith, maybe Gerard, all of whom I would describe as False Number 9's at best, playing deeper just off a Number 9, not out-and-out strikers in their own right.
