Silva must go

Again, who does he play?

Holgate / Davies / Walcott?

Theres really limited options...

He should not play 4-2-3-1 with 2 dm with no pace at home. Davies/Sidibe whoever deserved to have a go because some of the players were so bad last Sunday who should not keep their places.

PS: Sidibe rb.

sweet jesus we are f'd aren't we, the state of them names, The only one I would consider is Arteta and pray to god some of Pep's magic worked on him that would be a bigger chance than Silva tbh.

Which is why im saying its pointless replacing Silva at this point.

Lets just hope he gets a clue.

Makes the names on my thread seem good choices.

Give it Neville Neville till end of season.

lol

I think we have no option but to keep Silva.

Id be sending out feelers to Nagelsmann...

I’m not a knee jerker but I would sack Silva.

Then sack the next average manager after a year as well. If I thought we could sack him and get someone like Mourinho in then I'd be all for it but that isn't happening. The main reason is that the top managers look at our squad and know we are where we are for a reason.

We should resist the temptation to sack Silva, this would just make us ‘crisis club Everton’ again and all the tabloid and sky pundits would be out telling anybody that will listen we should not have sacked Allardyce.
The board should have Silva in and ask for an explanation, if he says he was let down by the club in the summer, it should be pointed out to him that 12 of his colleagues on the premier league would love to be working with the players he has and that the man who beat us today would, undoubtedly, swap his whole squad for ours.
After delivering this flea in the ear the board should have Brands in and tell him to identify our next manager, arrange his freedom with his present employer, agree terms with him and then dismiss Silva and appoint the new man on the same day.
Ruthless, of course, but a statement of intent, showing everybody that Everton is now being run as a multi million pounds business, not a train set.

Would take Moyes back no problem, at least he ‘got’ the club and the players seemed to have the desire to put up a fight, Richarlison today gave up after 60 mins head down, not tracking back, needs dropping. Would city let Arteta go? I doubt it.
