Greatest composer of songs with Lennon for hundreds of years .... & individually .... for a long time played every instrument in the Beatles - that was the joke when Lennon was asked was Ringo the best drummer in the world - laughing he quipped he is not even the best drummer in the Beatles - Paul had just played the drums on Back in the USSR as Ringo had not showed up .... hence they dubbed his singing on that song as he was upset ....
