I don't really care what folk do, but I reserve the right to poke fun.

Couple of the fellas I used to play footie with back in the day have got them. Hadn't seen them for ages and went for a beer. Similar age to me. Early 40s, turning into walking tubs of Lard, going thin up top. You get the picture.

Both had sleeve tattoos on their right arm. Both wore an ill advised tight fitting polo and jeans combo with white trainers. I don't even know what my point is here, probably something to do with blokes failing to let go of their youth in favour of identikit trends.

I was wearing a shellsuit and la cal trainers for reference. I've not followed fashion for years.

Disappointed by the poll options.

There defo should be a 'You, and your mates, all look like bellends' option

Full sleeve tattoo man.

Usually wears a t shirt two sizes too small, has no chest or shoulders, but has arms like popeye, gets his hair and beard trimmed every third day in a Turkish barbers, where he also buys his weekend Charlie and viagra. Parks his Audi on the double yellows and pavement outside the barbers and has weekly fights, with tradesmen in white vans, who can`t get past his double parked Audi.

Their bird, also has a full sleeve tattoo, a massive fat arse, hair extensions, duck lips, tattoo eye brows, horse eye lashes and false tits, but with a visible gut.
Usually wears white or pink fluffy slippers, full gym gear, despite never going near a gym, carries a stupid little dog around and has a smaller Audi than her fella.

I have been known to apply a liberal coating of spray glue and an arsey note to windscreens of cars blocking my way in the past. Funny watching them trying to get it off from a safe distance.

Each to their own, innit?

No tattoos myself, but my personal favourites are:

- The big clock: Because something poignant about time

- The kid names: On the offy you forget, though when they're on your back they're not much help

- Roman numeral dates: So only people who paid attention in GCSE history can fathom the significant dates in your life

- Full portraits of your kid/nan: Never seen one go wrong. Always photorealistic

Would any sleeve tattooed buddy reading this perhaps recognise this and feel a slight pang of regret knowing how they’re perceived? Feel free to come forward and fess to the group thank you please.

Sleeve tattoos = bad
Kiss lips on neck tattoos = congratulations, you`ve just rendered yourself unemployable ( unless you`re a footy player )
I’ve seen a few people with these recently and they look class.
Know a mate who got ‘made in Scotland’ tattooed on his lower back which you can tell he’s secretly still happy with after all these years.
