Slovakia vs. France uh I mean Italy

What have you got against England?

Nothing against them. Just feel that their over hype, well that's the impression I get from the media. Not just yours, from mine as well.
I'm not celebrating when I see them eliminated, neither will I celebrate if they win.

Italy's first-choice goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon was unable to play due to injury, but cut a tense figure on the touchline during the game, stating that the whole team should accept the blame for their poor performances throughout.
"Everybody had the desire, the dream to get through but we didn't and it's our fault," said Buffon.
"If you can't win it is right to go home. We will have to look at what happened.
"Slovakia and New Zealand are teams worth respecting but nothing more and if we can't beat at least one of them it's only fair that we go home."
Buffon went on to admit that the Italian game was not as strong as it should be, and that it was up to Cesare Prandelli,

who will take over from Lippi following their exit, to discover new talent to rival the best in the world.

"We were a disappointment and everyone saw it," Buffon added.
"The difference between 2006 and 2010 is that there are no longer enough players like (Francesco) Totti and (Alessandro) Del Piero.

"(Prandelli) will have to start a new cycle and I hope he's got his ideas in order, because the current situation of Italian football isn't great."

Well said Buffon, that is the real problem behind our elimination.

Mucha It's more like Mooha...

Arriverdeci Italia!

There is crisis of talent in Italy at the moment. Still, their tactical sharpness should have take them through the group phase.
