From a young age you're taught the basics of football, and as you get older some begin to learn their own strengths and traits. Few get good enough to join academy teams and get better facilities to help the develop and learn further. They learn professional aspects of the game, their world revolves around growing as a footballer. The ones that really take to it get full time contracts and continue to perfect their expertise.
