First Southampton should have had a red card from the foul on Beto. Then he was called offsides on what wasn't a clear and obvious VAR decision. He looked on. Typical officiating.

Offside isn't checked on a clear and obvious basis though. It's checked by default for on or off, despite the smallest of margins either way. It's binary.

It's also sounded very much on here that It wasn't a red against Beto?
