Either in a 442 or Iwobish player in behind. He is excellent at flicking people on and Iwobi would be able to run at the defense all day with Cenk hitting him in stride

From all accounts, it could (well, should) be two or three by now. We need an early goal to put these lot to bed and let our players enjoy the game.

I wont be satisfied with anything but a win here today. These are easily the worst team we have played this season and most teams would be about 4 up already. Need to score another quicky to calm the nerves because you just know that Southampton will score if they get half a chance whereas it takes us 12 chances to score 1.

Love reading the comments. You can always count on Everton fans to be pessimistic even when winning and dominating a game.

We have serious form for cocking things up to be fair. 'Everton that' is a phrase for a reason.

I like Sidibe. And Holgate has been superb since he came into the team. Davies deserved that goal for his form lately.

We'd be 3 or 4 up if Tosun had any kind of threat as a forward.

Interesting tactical battle actually

Saints manager seems to be happy for them to sit back and try to catch us whilst Silva seems happy for us to have the ball tell Saints to "come and get it"

The longer it goes on the more interesting it'll be to see which manager changes things first. You'd have to think that it'll be Saints, but silva must know how nervy we'll get if we have to defend a one goal lead for that long
