Beto to start over DCL? Come on Blues, you know how this ends. Instant regret after 10mins when the ball bounces off him and he can't keep the ball. DCL still to start for me BUT I think they should be working on playing two up top. For a manager who's deep philosophy was 4-4-2 with Barnes and Wood I don't know why he can't instill a system for us.

Virtually nobody in any of the top leagues in Europe plays 4-4-2 anymore and with good reason. The way tactics and gameplay have changed it's just seen as being easy too play against. Most wide players cut inside rather than go to the byline as its easy for a FB to just push them out of play and most CB are as big and strong as any striker these days if not bigger and with as much pace so banging the ball in at head height isn't as easy as it sounds. Its just a bit of a bum tactic these days.
