Two defensive midfielders yet neither protect the back four. Utterly pointless, the likes of Kante gets through twice as much work as both Gueye and Morgan combined.

TBH I'd still play Kenny when Seamus comes back - Kenny at RB, Coleman RW and have Lennon on the left in front of Baines. That way there would actually be some protection on both sides.

Coleman striaght back in at right back thanks.

His best is always arriving late and actually doing some defensive duties. Can see why you'd want Coleman thinking he'd provide protection but the reality is pointless having there if there's nobody behind him in the first place.

Lennon offers plenty of protection when the back four are actually arsed.

Kenny is useless
He's been poor as of late and really shouldn't be starting, however it's not his fault that Coleman is injured and Martina (Barrett MKII) is dross.

If he was proven professional at this level then I'd be much more willing to criticise him, but he's been throw into a defence that's totally inept.

I actually feel sympathy for him like with Pickford; imagine having to be playing next to the likes of Williams, Jags and Baines when they're shot.
