There were a couple. Not anymore.
Our competition on the season so far suggests:

Palace, Swansea, west ham, brom. I think the first two are improving, the latter less so. Huddersfield and Newcastle might dip, too.

For me Unsworth needs this, the west ham and Huddersfield game to at least establish a pattern if football.

After that, OK new manager if needs be. And a couple of leaders on the pitch. Jags past it, god love him.

How anyone could think that playing young players is the solution here fascinates me.

They often don't get played because the vast majority of them are sh**e. Many of them will be out of the professional game before they're 30. If you look back at the ones we've tried over the years, 90% of them end up being sh**e. Even the ones we hype up to stupid levels. They're worse than the worst of the experienced pros, by and large. The only way we will get relegated this season is if we rely on them as much as many posters on here would like us to.

I was just about to post this:

Get Rooney and Lookman on second half. Mirallas and DCL off.

I think there's something for us if we can get on terms. These are not great - we're just making them look it. They'll get nervy.

As bad as we've been, dont give up on this one.

;)

You forgot to put the bit in where you knew siggy was going to score.
