Spurs

There is a good shot they get more for him next season or summer transfer market. Spurs also seem to ship their really good players out of the prem (IMO good transfer policy!) and it doesn't look like PSG was interested while the other big clubs are in the meantime broke.
A year older (he'll be 29 next summer).

Club's would be mad to pay more than they would in the last 3 years for Kane.

His peak value has come and gone.

Kane really is at a bizarre stage of his career.

He's passing peak, already showing signs that he might not have the longevity to play that deep into his 30's (this may be solely down to Spurs never ever letting him have a rest) and he's in that weird Purgatory of Can anyone afford him? Who would actually want him?

Signed a 6-year deal, and only has himself to blame for that, but what big side will take a punt on a 29-year old? Let alone pay £100m... City have to be looking at Haaland, and from a cost effective area, Anything over £100m next summer isn't worth it.

I don't mind Spurs, apart from the odd supporter who got delusions of grandeur. But that is the point of football, when you are on top (or near the top) you have to have your fun as you don't know how long it will last.

I don’t think we can gloat as we stand roughly in the same place. Although saying that they have more saleable assets and a bigger commercial income stream. We both stand at a precipice where at any moment we could tumble off.

Got to feel Levy has pretty much ended Kane's career this summer. I doubt anybody is going near £100m for him next year, looking more at £70-£80 maximum. If Spurs really stick with wanting to keep him then there's a good chance he wins nothing before retirement - a shame for such a player. As you say though, a six year deal with Tottenham and you're asking for it.

Just heard this stat. In his last 42 PL games, his teams have scored 37 goals.
Hardly surprising at Wolves when he had his top striker Jota sold out from underneath him at hte start of the season and his 2nd striker injured for the whole season. Had to make do with throwing on a kid he bought for the youth teams most of the time.

Now he's got a Striker that every one hates and doesn't want to be there.

*Now he’s got a striker with one of the best goal scoring records in English football.

We should do the right thing and offer Kane a route out of there.

Straight swap for Sally Rondon and I'll reluctantly accept.
