Lad am full on mid-life crisis mode, turning 30 in feb and my breakdown has been ongoing for the past few months, can’t handle it

I fall asleep to a box set usually Law and Order from the start in 1989 lol and have the white noise on low for the soothing noise

MATE! I listen to Star Trek TNG, DS9, and Voyager. I've seen them enough so my brain can passively listen and there's no extreme emotions or intense music.

Apologies for all this off topic posting - That Ryan lad seems sounds and does good but clearly I'm not his key demo. May he enjoy his work as long as he can.
