Gana is class and Lookman looks like he is going to be class.. Not bad for 6 months work... (17m)
Or we expecting him to get us a Mahrez from the Business houses league..

...he's buzzing over Lookman. Said what a joy it is to see them put on the blue shirt but you're always nervous until they actually perform. Chuffed with Schneiderlin, says he's a really calming influence and the complete midfielder. Didn't talk about others he was after, other than say they are happy with their business.

Spoke about watching Vardy before he went to Fleetwood. He was on his radar and in the end they had to pay £1m.

I liked when Snodin made a point about finding out about the players character. Walsh said you can tell lots on the pitch by what a player does when he hasn't got the ball. I absolutely agree, do they keep the team shape, do they cover for team mates etc.
 
He is playing a blinder, it's not about incoming you know, it's also about outgoings and overall management.

Both I've been very impressed with. Has made Everton 10s if millions we otherwise wouldn't have.

Outstanding.
 

The very least I expect, is for him to sign three unknown players in the Summer, who are at least as good as Kante.

If this doesn't happen, I will happily feed him to the lions.

Honestly don't get whats he supposed to be doing

The players we've bought could have been scouted by any half decent scout in this country
 
So far hes brought in two players at less than 8 mill per, that both look to be great players for the future, in Lookman and Gueye. This window also saw Donker, who while its very early, has had a bright start. He seems to be doing just what was expected, bring in young, cheap, up and coming talent. If just Lookman and Gueye keep playing like this, hes essentially made Everton over 20 million in his first season.

I always love the "those players anyone can see were good" shouts. Then why did not one else make the deal happen? Its absurd.

He will be paid a high 6 figure salary who knows possibly even a 7 figure salary sounds an easy job why don't you try it if it's so easy
