Lukaku's first touch is really bad.

He's always this poor when it comes to first touches, control and passing. He's an excellent goalscorer, tho'...as good as the Yak at his peak. But maybe he's not worth an astronomical sum to buy him off Chelsea. 15-20m is fair, really, considering his weaknesses.
