While I agree the manager needs to do something outside his comfort zone, the players need to pull their fingers out pronto.

It's players that win and lose you games - if they know the manager will get the blame for poor performances, they're less likely to be bothered what happens.

We look absolutely clueless. The gap between lukaku and the rest of the team is too big. Barry can't read a play of the ball even if he could rewind and see it again. Howard couldn't stop a shot that went straight at him! No direct the team look absolutely shot of any ideas of how to play football.
