Stones/Garbutt resting post U21s?

I see that neither Stones or Garbutt played today. Someone said somewhere that FIFA rules re resting after Tournaments, like U21s they were involved in, required a specific period that they weren't allowed to play. Anybody confirm this is the case and when they will be available? Ta

Stones is in talks with chelsea and garbutt should confirm his loan move to liverpool sometime tomorrow

Might just be Bobby's preference. Lads had a long season and no reason to start them off too soon.

In which case the answer is yes. They get a bit extra due to th u21 tournament.
