Good point that, I just hope he fails, he dosent play for Everton so why would we want him to do anything else? Besides I want City to fail and dont care about England.
He is rated on potential...and his ability to do the sex when he's not defending.
He is a below average defender at this point but his fee would say he's one of the best CB's ever.
Maaaaaaaate, he had Jose loving him long time last summer and Pep wanted him bad, do you think they wanted him solely on his potential? He made mistakes, of course, hes a young lad, but his reading of the game, his calmness, hes so much more than potential.

Perhaps. I don't want you to think I don't rate him...but he isn't close to living up to the fee...and might never be. Ashley Williams makes us better defensively today...make of that what you will.
No I agree, the boy Ashley will more than fill the "void", we did "good" business, young John wanted to move on and we got a "decent" fee, we invested the bulk of that money into a very inconsistent winger who on his day will make us jizz, off his day, well, you know how that goes, an utter monster of a DM, a CB who knows what the word defence means, a GK that commands his area and erm, some utter trumpet from West Am.
All I know about that winger is he scared the life out of me when he played against us.
In some ways I felt the same way about Kev when the US played Belgium in the WC. Frighteningly good when you are on the other side.
