@GrandOldTeam does this mean as forum members/supporters we are liable for the posts of other users? The implication from your OP is vague, I can understand the site owners and poster of anything illegal would be potentially liable.

I certainly do not want to be liable for some of the posts by certain other posters on here, given libel, defamation and charges against posters on X, for example.

I might be mistaken but I think you are personally 50% liable for any posts by Davek and Damo.
