Was just about to say this. Same article in Telegraph, Mail & Mirror but completely different journos to the Liverpool based. Hopefully they are releasing it to put pressure on another interested party.

I am in the minority here, but I would take Rojo; as long as the fee is reasonable, modest wage and only a 3 year deal.
We cannot risk playing Keane and/or Tubby.
It is brute negligence for Brands and asilva to have sold Mori. Rojo, really isn't any better nor are Mangala, Jones or Smalling. All of whom cost larger fees.
If we signed Mina and Rojo, (it wont happen) I'd manage to breathe a little easier.
At the end of the day, Keane and Williams must be sold. As of right now we've got Jags, Holgate and dare I say Besic.

hehe yeah i don't believe any of this rojo stuff. if united get mina instead of us, i would like us not to actually help them out. I think the media is used to us doing that so have made this up. Hopefully brands won't cower to them like those before have.

I will be as kind to sir, Theoden is clearly Bill Kenwright. The Riders are Man United, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal and Tottenham, hoping to Cherry pick us of our Jewel in the crown, Jordan Pickford. Idk what wormtongue is but I reckon Moshiri will have worms if he doesn't get our defense sorted out. Mordor are coming, led by Big Sam and Victor Anichebe, they are intent with bringing us down to the Championship.
Im probably in the minority here, but I would rather we liquidated than sign Rojo.

....actually can we just swap any of those 4 Utd defenders with Keane? Keane would fit their system perfectly. He wouls literally never have to move out of the box.
