Have said this for a long time! They're the scourge of football as it is today!. If a player needs an agent it should be for his off field commercial activities only. Any football related deals should be dealt with by one organisation - if only the PFA didn't have that very expensive waste of space Gordon Taylor in charge may be they could have got their act together and sorted things out!

Never going to happen now though, far too many self invested interests with too much to lose!

All change next year apparently. Fees capped at 5% for starters. Agents and big clubs already kicking up a fuss. Bloke on SSN was going on about it the other day.

I see them as no better option than throwing in academy players. They need shifting and they need shifting today if possible.
