So you'd prefer big athletic players as opposed to shorter players who are perhaps more skillful?

I see the need for size in the team and power but there aren't many players around with the passing ability or technical skills combined.

Personally I would like to see us go for someone like that at CB and then another at either DM or CM...I think we need 2 new central midfielders.

They need to be able to play though as well...

Diop (Toulouse 25-30mil) and Upamecano(Leipzig 50mil+) would be the 2 CBs id be looking at but the further up the pitch the harder it is to find those types with the ball playing ability.

I’m sure Robles would have been, but probably not Grant; surprised to note today that he never made an appearance for the senior side!

Saw him in a couple of friendlies a few years back and thought he looked quality. Who knows what went wrong for him.
