Romagnoli was linked in march, only in the papers. Couldn't see Milan letting him go.

Would be very strange for the selling club to send a delegation to arrange a transfer. Also why would Walsh be needed in such circumstances? Surely the board would only need to know whether we were willing to sell him or not, there's no reason for a director of football to get involved in the negotiation of an outgoing transfer.

AC also need to raise some money apparently. They have to present a business plan to UEFA in regards to their spending and their initial one has been shot down because it's too over optimistic. They say they're gonna double their revenue in two years despite trying to spend ridiculous amounts.
