With Luke Shaw I also was finding it weird that he seemed to be very successful with Poch who works his players very hard and yet is being accused of being lazy/bad attitude at United.

Until Pochettino's press conference today where he was given the opportunity to be very supportive of Shaw and completely passed it up. I genuinely expected him to give Luke Shaw a glowing report from when he had him and some nice words like he's sure he will get back on track or something like it. Instead he was quite cold and simply said "Not my player not my problem".

Judge for yourselves.

All the players signed post ferguson, bar one or two seem to be getting bombed out mate, plus think mourinho and pocch have two very differing styles of man management, as for Shaw, I'd take him and out the teams mentioned we'd get him, as I don't regard your supposed interest as anything except an excuse for the rags to try sell rose on you.

Btw no chance on earth rose will be sold by you.

As for the interview, pocch played a good straight bat on that, last thing spurs need is their manager getting involved in a press fuelled argument with mourinho. Plus he comments and it opens the door for other managers to comment on spurs players etc.

Hey guys, im brand new to the world of soccer in general, and I am really intrigued by the transfer market, and assuming that Lukaku is sold, we would have a lot of money available to buy. Aside from the typical Rooney/Keane rumors, what are the fit of these guys in our system and likley hood that we take a look at them?
- Zouma
- Benteke
- Zaha
- Vardy
- Payet
- sigurdsson

For me it seems like Zaha would make a very good pairing with a Rooney/Keane acquisition.

He's like Bolasie, inconsistent but unstoppable when on form.

I like Defoe shout if Sunderland goes down and that seems likely to happen. I think we really impressed him as a club with what we have done for Bradley Lowery. Could like to play for us, to play for an ambitious club in PL in the last years of his career, to play again in an European competition, to play next to Lukaku and likely with Rooney as well, who we are likely getting for free. Would also allow us to play regularly a system with 2 strikers which in my opinion suits Lukaku the best.

Add in another striker around 26-28 and we would have perfect age representation of our strikers and also different types. Defoe 34, Rooney 31, Lukaku 24, DCL 20, Lookman 19.

Maybe Mario Balotelli for free as well? lol His agent is Raiola and it may be then easier to receive a new contract for Lukaku. This may be what Lukaku called as bang, bang, bang type of Man City summer window. Having Defoe, Rooney or Balotelli as your attacking partner really sounds better than playing with Valencia, Kone or Niasse and possibly with no transfer fee involved at all. Then we have a lot of money left to sort out or defence, midfield and to buy a new number one.

I doubt Merseyside Fire Brigade would give us permission to sign Balotelli

Oh and I like Zabaleta shout as well, but he was linked heavily with WHU. According to these rumours they are offering him a 3-year contract. He will likely go there as he will have a clear chance to play there long-term in the starting line-up, but we definitely should try him to sign, only 32 years old so could still play for 2-3 years and he would get an immediate chance to play with Coleman injured.

Another option for a year could be Bacary Sagna, also for free, he may be interested to stay in the area. Or I can see Koeman signing Cuco Martina, he was interested in him in summer, he is also going to be available for nothing. And also, Glen Johnson and Martin Kelly, but I wouldn't.

Another interesting free agents could be:
Yaya Toure. He is a winner, he is settled in the area, who knows. Will be 34 though.
Gael Clichy. LOL, how many City rejects? I wouldn't, but would bring some competition for Bainesy.
Charlie Taylor. For a tribunal fee, could be decent Trippier-esque signing. I would.
Iker Casillas. Old, 35, but... keepers may play till 40. He is still quality, could be interested to play in PL for last few years of his career.
Valentin Eysseric. 25 years old attacking midfielder, playing a big part for Nice, 3rd placed team in French League. For the squad, maybe?
Rachid Ghezzal. Likely going to Monaco, but we know we were interested in him. Who knows...
Jesus Navas. Another City reject, lol.
+ Defoe, Balotelli and possibly Rooney to us.

I can see us signing some of them and then spend big on another players. We need a squad and we likely won't have 150 million to solve all our needs.

you must really hate us, thats the worst collection of suggestions ive ever seen.
