Not true as the committed spend in wages for the players we've brought in is a very large long term spend. This sky sports money spent minus money in stuff is complete rubbish.

Yes I appreciate the wage bill will have gone up significantly, but we have also got quite a few off the wage bill as well and there are still more headed for the exit door such as Barkley and McCarthy looking likely.

Sell -
Barkley 25m [you'd assume this is the minimum]
McCarthy 20m [less than what's been touted online and in the papers]
Robles 3m [nominal fee]
Niasse 5m [could we get that much?]
Besic 10m [not keen on him going, but feel his chances are and will continue to be extremely limited]
= minimum 63million, likely over 70million

Buy -
Sigurdsson 47m
Striker 35m [likely to sign a much cheaper one nearer to 20m I think]
= 82million maximum

I think we ought to be able to afford that

No way both Besic and McCarthy get sold, too many games this season

...according to Spanish outlet, Mundo Deportivo, Inter Milan have moved ahead of Everton in the chase for Las Palmas defender Mauricio Lemos. The centre back has a £26.8m release clause which apparently put Everton off before their pursuit of Michael Keane so it would be a surprise if the Toffee's make a move now.

mind sharing the link eggs?

probably not knowing the bedwetters on here
Exactly
When Koeman said in his press conference we needed a striker , a CB and maybe one other as well as Siggy I'd say the amount of sheets that were hung out of boxroom windows to dry was enormous
Ronko got his main targets ( bar Siggy ) early now it's a matter of waiting for the transfer merry go round to slow down and see who's available.
Maybe a left fielder that no one had thought possible will suddenly become available and we will bid.
