I know right? Works in FM so definitely worth a go. Koeman's next step after that should be to run a filter over all the players whose contract is expiring. Look to pick up a few freebies or hidden gems.

In all honesty maybe the amount of signings has worked against us this early. Settling in and team chemistry and so on.

So your telling me the manager is simply incapable of looking at other strikers? So your telling me clubs like Palace wouldn't be tempted to sell a player for a big fee/Said player wouldn't be interested to move or in Bathsuyai's case get first team football for the WC year?

Okay lad let's just pretend Olivier Giroud is the only striker in world football who we can go for. I can already see the script, he'll stay at arsenal and we'll be fumbling around on deadline day and go for a Valencia/Sissoko like last season.

I'd rather have one very good player than 2 good players at this point. Our squad is pretty decent but our first 11 has plenty of room for improvement.

£50 million signings should be done when you have a very good starting 11 and require the 1-2 finishing touches. We still need a ST, LM, CB/LB cover and realistically have at most say another £80-100 million to spend. Spending half our budget on a player to play out wide who has little pace when we are crying out for some pace doesn't make sense to me mate.

You don't get 2 top players for 50m. It doesn't happen. 40m for benteke? Palace will be asking 60. You make it sound so easy when you've not a clue.
