Nicked from somewhere else, so not standing over these. Also five years old, so probably some movement between papers.

We seem badly under represented though.

Would be a good sign for the rest of the summer if we got him in early. I doubt there would be any announcement until the season has ended, he is just being clear for their fans sake I think.

Keane definitely leaving Burnley. Strange announcement unless he has a club lined up is it

'Sky Sources' isn't definite though.

There's no official announcement, which of course there wouldn't be.

But it's been well-known for a while that Burnley will allow Keane to leave this summer for the right price, and Keane wants to go.

Journalists are first and foremost fans too and the most disreputable ones treat their reports as wish-lists for their favoured clubs. In particular, John Cross of the Mirror (Man Utd) and the Telegraph's Matt Law (Chelsea) are amongst the worst offenders. Ignore anything they write.

Is John Cross not an Arsenal fan?

Not official but the player and club obviously know what's happening before this was leaked. Strange timing for me. It's been rumoured we have agreed a deal so maybe this news adds to that rumour
