You'd think that in today's market, Oumar's price has at least returned a gross 25% (ie before wages etc). Next window he will be 100% return...I reckon we should keep him on our books and increase our profits.
Bog ordinary players will trade at 40-50 million quid in 3 years time ( the next TV deal is reputedly worth a quarter of a billion/club)

I think they turned down more than £10m the other week from Hull for him and they don't need to sell so yes I think over £20m is closer to the mark.

Looking at him last season it's the hunger of a different sort that he appears to have.

There was a player in there at Southampton but I am not sure he can turn it around as Bale did.

We appear to want Costa. Chelsea may want Barclay.

There has been tension between both clubs since the Stones debacle. But perhaps both clubs could benefit from negotiating here.

A year loan for Costa
Chelsea agree a fee with Athletico for next summer
Athletico get a chance to arrange the Griezman transfer next June
Barkley for 30 m and 5 m in add ons
World Cup year Costa gets game time in the knowledge he's going home next summer
