Ticks a lot of boxes Vlasic. Young, versatile, good technically.

Croats tend to travel well (with notable unfortunate exception of a few fans obv) also so wouldn't foresee any issues with him adapting and settling in.

Captain of the side and 85 games to his name at 19 is no mean feat. Be interesting to see what the plan for him is. Not all players need a bedding in period with the U23's so over a long season he might well have a role to play within the squad.

I really like this type of signing, it gives me confidence for the future. We are putting together a nice blend of youth and experience.

That Barry was the only one that stood out to me when we played them to be honest, but in light of recent news, it was clear to me from the first minute Vlasic was pure quality and impressed me most over both legs.

In all seriousness I liked saide up front for them. If only his end product was better we could have got him in.

Saying that I'm glad his end product was a bit off!

Probably been said a number of times already but how crap is Walsh when he only finds players in the same league or whoever we play against? I was half expecting actual scouting!

He actually had a lot of the attributes we're looking for in a striker, just not the most important part as you say, rather like Okaka at Watford.

That Hamza Barry is only 22, I'd actually punt on him for value.
