DONE DEAL! Celta Vigo sign Emre Mor from Borussia Dortmund
He’d been rumoured to be off to Milan and even Huddersfield, but only one year after moving to Germany, Turkish attacking midfielder/winger Emre Mor is off to Celta Vigo. Dortmund have announced that Mor himself wanted out in order to play more football: even with Ousmane Dembele gone, they are pretty stacked in his position. Word is the fee will be a club record (for Celta) €13m.

Talented, but my sense is that he's a head-down moron without the finishing to be that way. Fast as hell, though, even with the ball.

You mean most of his goals came in his 25th year of existence, rather than his previous 24? Sorry, but the guy is a good athlete, can create some things, can put some stress on another club, but the odds are against him. Think we need someone better than that. Sandro is pretty much as good as Josh King.

What the heck are you talking about? He - meaning Koeman, not CRIMHEAD - wants a target guy. That's what DCL has been asked to do when he'd been in there. Someone that gives us something we don't already have. King is not that guy. I've watched him plenty. Don't mind him, but this is Everton, not Bournemouth.

Then you obviously haven't been watching or we have different definitions of a target man as DCL has been asked to stretch defenses very wide (all the way to the sideline) which is exactly what Josh King does best where as I feel a target man stays more central and allows people to play off him as opposed to opening space for others.

I actually watch it sometimes tbh, just must have completely glossed over Cardiff at every opportunity. I can't even remember this guy's name popping up on the Soccer Saturday vidiprinter though, nothing. His existence is brand new information to me.

He's reasonably new on the scene but he's a big reason why Cardiff are so high up in that league.

£30m though. Sheesh.
