We can't look at the numbers and digits now MG, we're buying players for a system.

If he fits, he fits.

What system tho C?

Im not even sure how Ronny wants us to set up atm.

You would think hes got his eye on a few formations, the 3-5-2 for the tougher games, maybe a 3-4-3 and certainly a 4-3-3, maybe the odd 4-2-3-1, the middle of the park I would think is the 1 area where not much action will happen, MAYBE if Jamo AND Barry was to leave, that may open up a slot in that area.

But other than that, Ronny will certainly be buying some attacking talent.

I haven't quite nailed that down yet MG.

I suspect it's similar to what Liverpool and Chelsea have where the forwards just drift and interchange, where there are no real positions bar the main centre-forward - in this case Lukaku - as the focal point but it's no problem if he - the main centre-forward - finds himself drifting out wide to take on the full-backs as he's likely able to dominate with pace and power.

Koeman, as we've seen and as you've noted, has a number of systems so I think he's got his eyes on a few utility players too - that's why I suspect Oxlade-Chamberlain's name came up yesterday.

Yeah its difficult to call atm C.

Its hard to nail down decent sources and see which chatter is to be taken notice of currently, things should become clearer in a few weeks I think, lets get this last game out the way they we can sit round the table and mash things out together.

Aye. He wants deals done early, said that himself and going to watch Sandro and Klassen personally with Walsh points to them being having some sort of progress at this point already in term of targets.

A few have pointed out that Moshiri was at the game on Friday and talk with Koeman, Walsh and Kenwright about Barkley and other deals so there's obvious progress.

Whoever wants to step up and start leaking stuff, pls do.
