As is being reflected in some of the lists, much of our speculation will be dictated around strikers. Partly because we need another 1 or 2 as it is (dependant on Valencia) but also because the Lukaku situation will rumble on.
I think people are right to say, we will not attract a lad of Lukaku's quality to the club. If we could we would just keep him. I do think looking for 1 or 2 younger lads who are similar to where Luakku was when he was their age, and hope Koeman can improve them is the way forward. Batshuyai, Abraham, Dembele, Dolberg etc are all good shouts. I've only seen a reasonable amount of Abrahams, who I really like and would be delighted to have.
As with a lot of other things I do think we will see left field names being brought in. Whats amazing is lads who've left Leicester and are now doing well having been recruited by Walsh such as Knockaert and Wood are indicative of a guy who can spot a host of players. In both the striking situation and also more broadly who we go for, I wouldn't be surprised to see some quite unusual shouts and names coming to the fore.

There will be more than enough games to be played so both will get game time and if rom wants to play for "a big club" he's going to have to get used to having to play for his place ... and I think we all agree that lukaku is leaving.. probably this summer but if not... it will be next (even if we get CL I still think he won't sign) so having benteke would be advantageous IMO

Anyways, Tammy Abraham would be a risk but his goalscoring form for a team in a relegation battle in the Championship is impressive. He could progress into a top drawer player.
