Player Valuation: £70m
They'll sell a key player, it's what we always do.It will be Gueye, most probably. 40 million to United that was 'just too good to turn down'.

Fair enough . Thought they were bang average myself. Won a few points late on but didnt see any great improvementsI'm talking improvement in points from the previous Premier league season, RS were 1st and West ham 2nd.
Wolves were in a different division the previous season
And are you a big fan of Maxi Gomez ?
Pass on from me that Pellegrini is a bum please mate.
Why do people bother following something which seemingly brings zero joy or entertainment to their lives?I’ve just put someone on ignore for the 1st time. Too much negativity from some people

How do you get out of bed in the morning with such a negative outlook on life? They'll sell a key player, it's what we always do.
Do you see us progressing with any deals? Can't even get rid of players.
We aren't making moves because we have no money until we sell players. This new era of 'money doesn't matter' is a sham.
We've sold: Stones, Lukaku, Barkley and Deulofeu under Moshiri. He described them as our Crown Jewels. Another big sale will be coming soon, it's inevitable.

We’ve broken our transfer record about 6 times....bring back bill where he would sell our crown Jewell’s for £10m upfront whilst crying in another managers office just to keep the banks from closing us down..remember 2010-12 not a single player Bought for cash superb times
Can’t wait to read your posts when we start bringing players in
They're more than rumours, they've had the bid accepted. We're in drastic need of at least 4 signings and we're two weeks away from pre-season with seemingly no significant progress.
Have a day off
Not a negative outlook on life, a negative outlook on Everton. Have they ever got anything right? How do you get out of bed in the morning with such a negative outlook on life?
Sorry to hear you feel that way. Life must be a real struggle if a football club upsets you so much. Not a negative outlook on life, a negative outlook on Everton. Have they ever got anything right?
We can't pinpoint one moment to put even the slightest bit of faith in them to do anything right.
We were promised huge changes under Moshiri and they just never came. We're still the plucky club, with rubbish commercial deals, who still sell our best players, rarely qualifies for Europe and never challenges for trophies.
Until we start showing genuine ambition and significant progress, I don't see the point in having blind faith.
Sam Byram was the one for me. Grown men weeping on here that he went there and he ended up being Luke Garbutt on steroidsImagine worrying about west ham.
West ham. Just imagine that for one minute.
The only time they’re relevant is when we’re taking a player off them or sending some dross their way.
