I don’t think we need to spend big on a striker mate. We just need someone who’s a bit more pacey, technical and a more natural finisher than DCL. We’re really gonna struggle to find a Lukaku esque 25 goal a season man. So our best bet is to just get a striker who offers something different.

Isn't dcl one of our fastest players? He was only 0.06 mph behind Walcott last season if I remember correctly. The lads fast but it's how he utilises that pace isn't it.

There were a few rumours towards the end of the season. He's been mentioned in these pages previously.

He's the sort of striker I think Silva is after, plus I think he's Portuguese too so could be in with a chance.

Very young and raw though. Depends on the price. Anything north of £15m is a big risk IMO.
