Lukaku scored about 6 open play goals in the league all season too. The Europa League run couldn’t even mask the trouble we were in, we only got to the last 16.

Hopefully this summer’s transfers can help us avoid more of those miserable times.

Why, just why.

Positional consistency as in the Shalke and US managers playing him in one position and reaching his potential at that position. For Shalke he played CB, RB, RWB, CDM, CM, CAM, and ST. I understand his athleticism allows him to play all those positions but it really hurts his progress.
