Aarons seems really highly rated and attack minded. How much would he cost?

We definitely need a left back as backup to Digne.

We dont need 1 at all.

Makes no sense to spend money on a player that will hardly play. Baines has played 376 minutes all season.

I mean sure in an ideal world we buy a back up, but I would rather we gave 1 of the younger lads a pathway. Theres Holgate, Robinson, Connolly, the likes of Foulds, Markleo, Feeney, Gibson who you would hope might push for the first team next season, good to give the young CBs a run out at fullback to see if they pass muster.

Yes I know most of those arent LBs and its also very possible none of them are any good truth be told, but you would imagine theres 1 of them that could play 376 minutes next season like. Of course thats provided that Digne stays injury free!!!!!!

We will see anyway.

Especially since we have JJK, it makes no sense.

Very interested in what we do at RB this summer.

Personally think Coleman has improved a little recently, but hes 31 in October, not convinced that JJK is at the level required, defensively hes very poor and we have yet to see his swashbuckling attacking ways in attack, so I think we defo need another 1, who that leaves as the odd 1 out will be interesting.

Either way I doubt we will go for another young un or another old un, probably 24-27 age range.

I think we either, Sell Coleman or loan Kenny. Sign another player of similar age to Kenny and let them compete for a spot.

Dont think anyone would complain if Wan Bissaka joined for example.

I really hope management don't think Coleman's sudden up turn in form (from awful to average by the way) means he'll be first choice next season. I think Kenny is good defensively, little inexperienced still, but think offensively he's not there.

I hope we spend £££ on one.

Even if they think his improvement can be maintained, his age will mean we should be looking to get somebody to really compete/replace.

Dont think you can risk not having a decent backup.

Also Silva wants competition and 2 players competing for every position.

Of the players listed i think Robinson and Gibson could be considered but robinson seems to be nothing special on his loan.

So perhaps Gibson.

Well im sure you agree we have more pressing needs than spending money on a back up LB.

Everything will depend on how many we can shift anyway, lets not forget Martina is back in June!

We could do with a solid young left-back to learn off Digne though. (I don't think Robinson will ever get there defensively.)

Personally I’d buy a slightly older good solid left back, unless we pay megabucks we aren’t gonna get some one better than Digne. They will have to be happy playing second fiddle and not much game time.

Remember all those weeks and months we were linked with Mina, Richarlison, Gomes and Digne and it was a will they won’t they happen?

Oh wait news on them all broke about 2 days before we signed them. The news outlets know absolutey nothing about Everton these days.

Is the correct answer.

I mean the golden rule was that unless the big names, ya Hunters, Kings, Joyces give the info, its to be ignored, but we did have a few dark horses last summer and they all called the Tierney thing a little wrong, in a way.

Thank God we didnt get him tho.
