My fear with Brands is we'll lose the odd gem here and there due to these types of low offers. I get its a game of negotiations and brinksmanship but there is a medium between peeing money away like Walsh but also making Lowball offers that will instantly be rejected.

Just want these types of deals signed up before the vultures come circling.

I just always expect a Spurs to come in and Sissoko us at the eleventh hour once these things are made public.

I think his tactics work well when under the radar/with players like Gomes who have experienced the club and have had their head turned but with big name players who genuinely could play for CL clubs I hope we just get these deals done asap before those up the food chain get wind of it!
