A few posters could do with a thread ban IMO

Anyway - I'd have Bas Dost anyday of the week (especially ahead of someone like Mandzukic)

Not concerned that his incredible goalscoring record has been accumulated within Mickey Mouse leagues - He's the sort of striker that would love the delivery of Digne
Digne's Delivery Service.......I've bought shares in this company already....;)

No, it's cool. You want us to score fewer goals, I get it. Bold strategy, Cotton.
Even the figures you produced (which only tell a partial story on "attacking intent") break for home and away - the wrong way for Everton on aways.

You do make me chuckle though. This certitude.

‘Kinell lads, it’s not hard: Post about transfers, transfer rumours, transfers you’d like to happen, etc.

I, for one, do not care one jot about how many points we had at the end of November and what the spread between some arbitrarily chosen league positions was.

Watch:

I think we’ll sign Kurt Zouma, and that Lampard’s recent comments were simply a bargaining chip.

SEE?! Dead easy.
I tried earlier .. but failed.. it was actually a genuine question.. where are we.. what is the state of play with little time left.

All but 2 of our rumours are still active? Kean and Zaha? Are any of the others still considered viable? Malcom, Neres, Jesus, Pepe.. all dead right?

I said it weeks ago.. it’s beginning to feel like the year we were linked with Witsel and Mata and ended up with Gueye only. All names but reality will prove different...

Now Zouma appears out of reach we need a minimum one but probably 2 centre backs. I'm hoping we get a left footed player comfortable on the ball would happily have someone a bit older as centre back is a position usually decent til 34-35.

If we move Lookman and Onyekuru on we need to bring in one out and out winger and another who can also play centrally. We need a first choice striker as well.

If McCarthy, Schneiderlin and Gueye leave we need one more midfielder as first choice or as back up to Delph and Gomes.

Right back depends on Holgate. If he plays well enough in pre season perhaps we can wait and see how Kenny gets on. If he doesn't do well we need someone in to compete with Coleman.

You do know how old Jags and Tubby are don't you ??

I was thinking buying a 28-29 old which is outside the Brands model and we can get 2-3 seasons as a first choice then as he loses bit of pace make an adequate back up and hopefully one of the young ones will have stepped up. I wasn't wanting to buy someone that age.
