Whilst I appreciate your attempts to be funny with your sarcastic comments they just make you appear like a bit of a blert.

I didn’t say that we needed permission to make a bid did I???
What I did say is that I’d be surprised if other clubs gave us a free run - something which the people who’ve reported it, and whose word you appear to be hanging off, also suggested.
You can choose to ignore that all you want though chief and carry on with your amazing gradings out of 10 and taking issue if someone doesn’t agree with them.

I hope we sign him but I won’t get carried away as there’s literally hundreds of reports linking us with players and suggesting they’re likely to happen when only a few actually do. I’ll leave it there

Stop being a weird ass.

If we have bid for Reiner so can many other massive clubs in world football and it's not set in stone he'd pick a team he's probably never heard of.

I am being a the blert and weird ass when I simply was stating that the deal for Reiner was close to being done as it was agreed on principle according to 2 trusted Brazilian sources despite interest from other clubs? Word. Like I said there is interest from other clubs but we have a concrete bid placed on the player (something no one has denied) which has also been reported to have been agreed upon in principle, which coincidentally is the best that can be done at the moment due to the player’s age and not officially being able to sign a contract until January.
You can claim BS all you want saying that the deal isn’t very close to being done but like my scoring (which you were so generous to spend 3 posts on disagreeing with by belittling me for believing the reports) suggests, we are close but not over the line. Just about anything can happen in this crazy world of football (case and point Malcom) especially over 6 months time yet all signs point in a very good direction for both the club and Reiner coming to an official agreement once the player is of age in January.

The scoring was subjective from the very beginning as is all things transfer related until the player is sitting in the chair with pen to paper. If you don’t appreciate my opinion fine that’s your prerogative. No need to blow up the thread with pettiness over opinions.
Remember when you said Kean would cost £100m and we wouldn’t sign him due to “basic physics”?

Good times
Also a very unreputable source I incorrectly quoted which I apologized for later and the physics bit was a nod to the hours long physics conversation between speed and velocity that people had in this thread at the time. Thank you though ;) Good work!
