Can honestly see one of Bolasie and Mirallas ending up staying if we don't get a winger in. Terrifying.

We need a winger mate. Walcott is unbelievably ineffective and showed last season that if he doesn't score the simple chances he gets, he doesn't contribute anything. Bernard is classy but not consistent in production.

We needed a CB more than anything today because Mina WILL get injured, again. The fact that Holgate is still in consideration is abysmal.

Kean will play from wide as he beds in. He'll be as effective. Ludicrous for many on here to believe that kean will start in place of DCL on Saturday and that's it - he's our new number 9. He'll be gradually introduced off the bench or from wide. If DCL finds his scoring boots then Kean may have to put up with that whilst he waits for an opportunity. We've got squad depth now.

Wow absolutely NO proven backup up front or centre of defence. That's diabolical. Can any other team claim the same? Utterly pathetic.

There is plenty of time. We have missed top targets (excellent players) that have been better targets than recent years. We are looking to get amongst the top 6 but it still may take another season or 2 because all top targets are not at all easy to get. Disappointed we couldn't get them but still a decent window IMO and refreshing that we have set the bar higher in what we are trying to bring in despite not having European football.

Hate these type of comments. If we are mid table end of the season. Bye bye richarlison, bye bye any decent player. You need to strike while the iron is hot. Again we haven't and look very incomplete

hahaha. Loving the optimism.

We can honestly win the League Cup, we just need to commit to it and play the first team in it

Play the kids in the FA Cup if needs be, just get that three handled monstrosity in the trophy cabinet

For so many successful teams of the Premier League Era, getting over that first Milk Cup hurdle has been the difference maker

It's the easier Cup to win and our First XI is good enough to do it

Day out at Wembley, Seamus Coleman lifting a Cup and European Football the following season

We can do it, we honestly can, we just need to bloody take it seriously

A squad depth of **** is not a good thing.

The fact is that nobody really knows a single thing about what actually goes on, so why bother fuming? It's like getting mad at a celebrity gossip column.

Because the World is full of bores and unfortunately our fan base isnt immune to that.

I sat through year after year of this arl fella I know going on about how awful Barkley was and how Lukaku couldnt finish his dinner.

Putting up with it is all part of being a fan.

He's not a winger mate.

Kean wont start on Saturday but going forward will be the main Striker. Not to worry DCL does not have scoring boots so that wont be an issue.
