At least Silva is accounting and explaining the summer window. The job of the DoF, but he's gone missing.

It's in the local rag but I'm not linking it and I'd recommend others dont either if the ban is to hold.

....sorry, Dave, I must have missed this. Are we banning the Echo on here? More than happy with that stance if it’s the case.

That's my understanding, yes. I think there's an informal decision most have made and adhere to not to link to it. Also, the owner of the forum has mooted the idea of poster-rated system of linked sources, which would act as a guideline as to how acceptable / toxic they are...which would inevitably see the Echo being in the toxic category you would imagine.

...well, i’m all in favour of supporting that stance and won’t be linking any articles in future.

Linked with Anderlecht last week, but seems he only wants a Standard Liège return if going back to Belgium

Mirallas has never played in Belgium but was born in Liege. Oddly enough didn't know he had been at Lille as a kid as well as saint Etienne!

Bolasie was at Anderlecht last season for a bit if that's who you mean.

Made his professional debut for Lille, but he's a product of Standard Liège's academy

At least that's what I always thought.

He played for Milan, Sevilla and Marseille for the last 5 years. He’s 33 and has 36 caps for France. Perfect stopgap experienced cb as backup/competition.

I rather him as back-up cb than Holgate. We were in for Rojo on the last day of the transfer window (as stopgap) anyway so why not going for Rami?
