All Silva can do is have these players training either with the reserves,or by themselves.

It's a shame they don't seem to want to move on to play minutes, but it's ultimately our fault for woeful recruitment where we rewarded very average players. Unfortunately we may have another couple of years before our squad is of the required strength in depth.

Still hard to believe how it got that bad, and so dangerously expensive. Complete squad overhaul in 13 months time.

I think we new this would take years unfortunately. Poor recruitment and contract reward for poor players i hope is in the past.
