Actual Huddersfield actual Town FC stayed up one season.
Cardiff City down straight away.

Interesting
See the problem here is that we are splitting hairs between Cardiff and Huddersfield and this man was hired to manage Schalke, a team that was in the CL last year, in the CL semis in the last decade and who surely aren't looking for a guy who's best achievement is getting lucky once. It's an awful hire and imo a bad place for one of our players to go and try to develop.

Both Cardiff and Huddersfield are Championship sides, warnocks brand of football, attitude and footballing knowledge is stuck in the past. He should have retired years ago
He should have but Huddersfield were somewhere between Sean Dyche and Big Sam this season. I'm not sure how you can excuse that from Wagner even with no talent. I worry for Kenny if he goes there.

You’d have to assume he’s exactly who they wanted to hire I would have thought, what with them having done it and everything.

Got to be, we wouldn't send him out without having a deal pretty much lined up

... Well, Everton would, brands wouldn't.

We sent Holgate straight out last season, if he was rated higher than Kenny we wouldn't have done that before anyone thinks this may just be because Holgate returning changes anything.
Not sure it’s as black and white as that. There could be many reasons why one player is loaned out and not another, including the exact opposite of what you’re suggesting. I have no idea how they see it obviously, just saying that’s a bit of a leap.

Strange how these South American sources are still running with Sosa signing for us. Futbol Mercado (300k followers) has run with it again today.

I thought it was a no-go due to the work permit problem? Let's wait and see, I guess

Holgate is a centre back, that can do a job at right back if needed. But centre back he is.
He might want to play centre half but most of his managers have picked him at full back. He certainly wouldn’t be the first player to carve out a career in a different position to the one they favour.

Everton want 4 center backs with Holgate/Mina/Keane making three, Want Zooms on a perm but Chelsea ban makes it difficult, Have alternatives but Zooms is priority.
Also want to sign a RB with Kenny looking go on loan.
Also scouting for younger left backs to add to replace Baines for next summer.
from Phil Kirkbride at da echo

2/3 strikers need to be the priority.
