Yeah, I've watched all of Argentina's games, but I've been a bit more focused on Sosa. However, you can't miss the kid no question. He's huge. He's really good on the ball - very good first touch and ball control considering his size. Good feet, didn't seem clumsy at all. I'll go back and give him a better look, but he was indeed impressive. Barco stood out, too, on that team, but Gaich was the other one. First time I saw him play I couldn't help but thinking he'd be a terrific player for us. I actually thought his first touch and ball control was probably better than DCL's right now.

But again, those were just impressions, I wasn't watch him specifically.

I know people are saying that if we bring these two young lads from Argentina they’ll go into the 23’s but surely splashing out 30 million on them will they really go into the 23’s ? I just can’t see it .. also will either of these get work permits ? Irish toffee here and have no idea how it works but if we struggled getting permits in the past will this not be the same ?

Nobody can answer that mate, the criteria for work permits is COMPLEX asf.

As you can see, its not easy to follow, lots of moving parts.

Argentina are ranked higher than say Nigeria, so its sometimes easier, but considering neither of these lads have full International caps, but, yeah COMPLEX.

I believe these boys, if bought, will not be for the U23s, short term MAYBE, both are very raw with very few games under their belts and will no doubt need to be eased in.

Of course this could all just be paper bull.
