I do believe he has information , I also think that as an employee of SKY they are paying him so that they have the information first , I believe that he is limited in what he can say.
I do believe he has contacts at the club and in the area and gets as much information as possible but cannot just broadcast what he is told because very quickly it will be traced back to his sources and then whatever sources he has will dry up immediately.

I think he is a very good defender and would like to have had him for twelve months, I think he is better than Keane, Godfrey or Holgate.

However there would be uproar here as usual if we signed him.

I think so too, I would prefer if we didn't because of his actions last January but beggars can't be choosers.
We need bodies and he would provide another attacking option.
