Right winger who is a goal threat?
Pacey and skilful?

Entering the last year of his contract so available on loan/free/reduced fee.
Point to prove

Scored 22 league goals in one league season before moving to the premier league for a large fee.
Didnā€™t work out for him but was directly involved in 48 goals in 3 seasons in the premier league (68 starts, 50 as sub).
Scored 6 in 19 league games on loan this season.

Started off as a complete joke but having looked at him itā€™s now only 80% a joke

The articles from the last 48hrs suggest weā€™ll only have 20-30m for transfers - before anyone is sold - and considering we need additions in every department itā€™s obvious weā€™ll need to target some free transfers, so any actual money is saved for a centre forward like Gyokores.

Dyche said in the post-match press conference he wants players who understand the club/Premier League, and the Mark Douglas leak that theyā€™ll be targeting power and pace.

Left-back https://www.transfermarkt.com/trans...ion_id=4&altersklasse=alle&land_id=0&yt0=Show

My pick - Ryan Manning. This could be an excellent piece of business. 26 yo LB/LWB and Swanseaā€™s player of the year

Right-back https://www.transfermarkt.com/trans...ion_id=5&altersklasse=alle&land_id=0&yt0=Show

My pick - Joel Veltman. You could argue Patterson & Coleman is enough, but both have fitness issues. Veltman can also play right of three man CB defence and he brings the experience weā€™d lose if Coady goes back to Wolves

Centre-mid https://www.transfermarkt.com/trans..._id=alle&altersklasse=alle&land_id=0&yt0=Show

My pick - Jefferson Lerma. Nothing spectacular, but has tonnes of PL experience, is a nasty sh*thouse and has weighed in with a handful of goals this season. Would also allow us to move on Onana without too much damage if we need to sell-to-buy. If things are really desperate I wouldnā€™t be surprised if they took a 12 month punt on either Ramsey or Barkley as well.

Winger https://www.transfermarkt.com/trans...on_id=99&altersklasse=alle&land_id=0&yt0=Show

My pick - Ryan Kent. I fear Thelwell will go for Traore due to the Wolves links. Kent seems to be a safer though. From the area and at a good age. Shame about the Kopite connections.

None of the above are meant to be anything other than realistic suggestions. Of course Iā€™d rather pick the likes of Kamada or Ndicka, but itā€™s just not going to happen. At least this would leave the actual money towards a striker. Then hopefully they can get some cash for Maupay, Gomes & Keane to add a bit more

Lerma is all but signed for Palace according to reports

Richie on loan would be the dream but with so much yet to be determined at Spurs (manager / Kane etc) this is probably the sort of icing on the cake thing that can only occur right at the end of the window when all their other business is done, rather than something we can make our plans around. Last thing we need is another Broja type situation.
Never in a million years would Daniel Levy pay us Ā£60m for a player and then a year later give us said player back for a few quid loan fee.

I doubt he'd even take our call if we were interested, but if he did, you can be sure he'd has us over a barrel one way or another.

A few rumours earlier on in the season that vardy could make a switch to Bristol city to link up with Nigel Pearson. Iā€™ve always believed more chance of Pearson going back fo
Leicester though.

He has a last year at Leicester on Ā£5m a year hasnt he? Cant see City buying into that.

Do you think weā€™ll sell Calvert Lewin this window? If so, with his injuries seeming to be worse than ever, what price would we be looking at for him? Feel the days of a big offer are gone, when we were quoting 40+ to Arsenal etc?
I doubt there would be many clubs interested in a guy who proven for 2 years he is completely injury prone. You may get some club wanting to take a gamble for 10-ish mil, but DCL may not want to go to whatever club that would be or EFC reject it because they think getting ~15 games a year out of him is worth more to the team than a few quid fee, even if he is not a prolific goal scorer.

I don't think it's realistic to replace DCL without spending that. Good, proven strikers cost. We need one. We thought we had one, but we were wrong. Not faulting DCL - injuries are what they are - but that's the most expensive hole to plug in a squad.
the most important too. We were a competent striker away from a comfortable season.

Is Myko the projected starting LB for next season or do you think we will try and sign someone?

I think thereā€™s far bigger areas of concern.

Under a competent manager Myko is a solid defensive fullback. Heā€™s never going to be a wing back but Dyche isnā€™t stupid enough to ask him to do that or build our fame around fullbacks who canā€™t cross to strikers who canā€™t head a ball (which is what Lampard did at the start of the season)

We need to cover left back and right back for injuries but the proper money this summer has to go on the attacking positions.

I know people will hate this but I think this could be a good signing
