In other words MSP IS indeed giving a 100million loan, but it will just be a straight loan instead of having the ability to convert it into equity. The 25% stake is off the table.

Could that mean there is now a clear exit path should somebody come in with an acceptable offer for the full shareholding?

Not that I'm saying we should, but does well for Brighton. Gave them time to develop that young Irish lad. Maybe we need someone like that to let us bring our Chermitti and Cannon through.
