George Hall Birmingham

Nixon said: “Hall has been watched by the likes of Everton, Liverpool, Tottenham and West Ham but will sign an extension on his contract which was due to expire at the end of this season.

“The midfielder has caught the eye but the Blues turned down bids and stayed firm in their belief that Hall is best served staying.”

We cant be sure he's the grade we hope he can be...and he's a saleable asset and Keane isn't.
I agree it's precarious but we have to hope Tarks and Branthwaite stay fit and make up the partnership in central defence for the majority of the season. It's our full backs that are the problem so Maguire doesn't help us there

Alan Nixon is a very very bad source who writes for The Scum and charges morons for fake transfer news.

Looks like we're not able to offload any of the dead wood at all. Incredibly disappointing to see Alli, Gomes and Gbamin (at a minimum) continue to effectively steal a wage, but not at all surprising as they are awful.

Desperate attempts to offload Godfrey, Keane and Mykolenko should have been made, but the club has probably accepted these are just three more for the list of leaving for free when their contracts ultimately end in 1-2 years or whenever it will be.

Think we may see Gbamin move tomorrow but all the others are probably staying

Reminds me of the time at Leicester last season, when he tried to defend the penalty by showing the ref that it hit his hand 😄
