Even with no signings today id say it had been a brilliant window when you look at incomings and sales.

Rather have a thinned-out average squad than a bloated average squad.
Beto, Chermiti, Danjuma and Young is decent business on a shoestring.
Offloading Maupay, Cannon, Holgate and Iwobi for the best part of 30M is decent too. Even better if Gomes and Gbamin ship out too.

It's given us a bit better quality, not worsened our financial position and cleared out some dead wood.

After letting Iwobi, Cannon and Maupay leave we are now terribly light on numbers.

I am delighted to see most of these players leave but it would be nice to have enough players left to put out a team.

That Iwobi deal will only be a decent one if a replacement comes in....due to the financial state of the club I can see the Cannon Iwobi money being banked.
